A very quiet and exclusive getaway, great staff, quiet & private beach. We stayed three nights and loved it. It’s at the quiet end of the beach. Took a cab to Mallory square to watch the festivities and walked back to the hotel each night. I recommend this place for your Key West stay.

The hotel is very nice and beautifully maintained by the staff. Only a couple minor issues during our visit. The concierge was less than helpful when we needed some help with a New Years Eve dinner reservation but we got one on our own. The real issue were the roosters that seem to roam the entire island. They crow every morning starting around 4:00 AM. I’m not taking about a quaint little cocka-doodle-do like in the movies. I’m talking about an hour long session of that bird screaming louder than any alarm clock that I’ve ever owned, right outside my door and windows. Every single morning!!! Add that to the loud tractor that they use to drag the beach at 6:30 AM and you’ll see that sleeping in, even a little, isn’t going to happen. They also ran out of umbrellas and chairs on the beach. That should NEVER happen. I guess I’d go back, but I’m bringing ear plugs if I ever do.

lovely resort and very responsive staff who go out of the way to make the guests happy. a quiet private beach. nice drinks and decent, if not outstanding breakfast. room shows a bit of wear, but overall feel of the resort quite nice. we easily rented bikes and enjoyed biking around the island. We would return.
